Juárez_HGB Online Exhibition· Feb 2024
I created a website to exhibit works by art students from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ), Mexico & the Academy of Fine Arts Leipzig (HGB), Germany. The exhibition was initiated by Stine Marie Jacobsen and Gabriela Durán-Barraza. During the project, I taught my fellow students how to create a basic website using HTML, CSS and JavaScript - so that each art project could live in its own space, on the web. By bringing students from Leipzig and Mexico together in an online communication exchange, we became entangled in conversations and influenced each other's art making for the two cities, Juárez and Leipzig.
